We send you roles we think you would get and want. If that is one role this month, it is one role.

You get the brief behind the brief: who is interviewing, what they are worried about, what the last person struggled with.

We handle the negotiation, prepare you for the counter-offer, and check in at week one and month three.

We answer within two days
Including when the answer is no. You will never be left wondering whether your application went anywhere.
We tell you the real band
Not the advertised one. If the client has approved £58,000 and the advert says £52,000, you will know that before you interview.
Your CV stays put
We never send it anywhere without asking you first, for that specific role. A CV already sent by another agency can cost you the job.

Questions candidates ask us
Will you send my CV without asking me?
No. Never. Your CV goes to a named client for a named role only after you have agreed to that specific application. A CV already submitted by another agency can disqualify you from a role you would otherwise have got, and you would usually never find out that is what happened.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within two working days of applying, including when the answer is no. If a client is slow, we will tell you they are slow rather than going quiet on you.
Do you actually know what the salary is?
We know what the client has approved, which is often not what the advert says. We will tell you the real band before you commit time to an interview process.
What if I am not sure I want to move?
That is a normal conversation to have. Plenty of people we speak to stay where they are, sometimes because we told them the market would not pay more. We would rather have that conversation than waste your afternoon.
Do you recruit outside your six sectors?
No. If your background sits outside engineering, technology, life sciences, finance and legal, energy or supply chain, we will say so and, where we can, point you at someone better placed.
What happens to my data?
It is stored in our CRM, used only to match you to roles, and deleted on request. We are REC members and our compliance lead will answer any specific question you have about it.
