Who we are
Brennan Hale Recruitment Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Replace this paragraph with your registered company name, company number, registered address and ICO registration number.
What we collect
For candidates: name, contact details, work history, right to work status, salary expectations and any information contained in a CV or profile link you send us. For clients: name, business contact details and the details of roles you brief us on.
Why we collect it
To match candidates to roles, to represent you to clients with your consent, to meet our legal obligations around right to work and payroll, and to run our business. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation depending on the activity.
Consent and your CV
We do not send your CV to any client without your specific agreement for that specific role. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address below.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained for two years from your last interaction with us, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law. Replace this with your own retention schedule.
Who we share it with
Named clients with your consent, our payroll and CRM providers under contract, and regulators where legally required. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request portability. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
