Jobs in Glasgow

Energy transition, subsea engineering and a strengthening life sciences base across Scotland.

The market here

Scotland’s technical hiring has been reshaped by the energy transition more than any other UK market. Engineers who spent a career in oil and gas are moving into offshore wind, hydrogen and grid infrastructure, and the transferable skills argument is now widely accepted by hiring managers who would have resisted it a few years ago.

Glasgow’s life sciences base has grown alongside it, with strong demand in analytical development and QC. Salaries sit slightly below the equivalent roles in the Golden Triangle, but so does the cost of living, and retention in the region is noticeably better.

We work across the central belt, with roles regularly reaching into Edinburgh, Grangemouth and Aberdeen.
