Ola Hale

Ola leads how Brennan Hale works with clients: the terms, the service standards, and the embedded and project hiring engagements that now account for roughly a quarter of the business. She built the framework we use to scope a search before any candidate is approached, which is the reason our first shortlists land as well as they do.

Before co-founding the firm she spent eight years in technology recruitment, latterly heading an in-house talent function for a scaling fintech, which is where most of her views about what agencies get wrong were formed.

She is the person clients speak to when something has not gone well, and she would rather hear about it early.
