The market here
Ireland’s life sciences and medical device sector is the densest in Europe relative to population, and Dublin sits at the centre of it. Sterile manufacturing, validation and QP work are consistently short of qualified people, and the shortage is structural rather than cyclical.
Technology hiring corrected sharply and has since stabilised, with the strongest demand now in platform, data and security rather than the front-end roles that dominated three years ago. Salaries in euro have held, and the gap to London has narrowed once cost of living is accounted for.
